Missing from the index: Rose Smith, Woody Allen, Andy Warhol, Cheryl Tiegs, George Steinbrenner and Howard Stern, all mentioned on page 312, have no index entries. Edition: Simon and Schuster, 1988.
Inconsistency: page 162 says 'Oh, can we stop and take a look at that overpass?' but page 190 refers to the same stop as an overlook: 'If we hadn't stopped at that overlook, I wouldn't have to be here.' One of the two should be corrected so both say "overlook". Edition: Simon and Schuster, 1988.
Person mentioned before being introduced: page 40 says "Although Paley was interested in television...", using the last name only, but he is not introduced until page 46 ("Murrow's boss, CBS president William Paley"). The full name and position should be given at the first mention on page 40. Edition: Simon and Schuster, 1988.
